ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in December 2024 and is a growing team of three who are focused on building a strong foundation and delivering great service to our customers. I’ve been with State Farm since May 2018, and that experience helped prepare me to open my own agency and create a culture built on hard work, support, and growth.

I attended Western Kentucky University, and outside of the office I enjoy playing pickleball and spending time with my two Golden Retrievers. Creating a positive environment where people enjoy both their work and life outside the office is important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nick Nunley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
